i still have a weird feeling that they've been on the island before and some of them remember bits and pieces of being there.

Ive said that for over a month know... The producers choose when certain episodes will play (See 316). I think they chose groundhogs day as the date for this season bc it will be exactly like the movie. They are re-living everything over and over again. Remember, its all just progress.

Another reason in support of my theory that what we have seen so far on LOST is not the first time it has happened.

a few more questions. Like I said I've seen seasons 1-4 but missed 5 and just watched the 2 episode finale. Who is the man in black? Is jacob suppose to be the good guy because it seems like for some he gave good advice in the flashbacks but others bad things happened when he was around, and what ever happened to Walt.

No one really knows. He was never identified. People call him "Nemesis, Essau, MIB, etc."

This is why LOST may go down as the greatest show ever. After five seasons, no one can say, with any certainity, who are the good guys and who are the bad guys.

Hell, speaking of Nemesis, the actor was on screen for a total 1 minute and 55 seconds for the entire series and has completely changed the way people view the show.

Living with his grandmother in the U.S. I'm interested to see if the writers finish up his story line.

I don't think we have any idea if jacob is good or evil. Its the jack vs locke things on lost, your guess is good as mine

Locke was trying to get everyone to come back but walt refused and never came back. They said they could still go back without him i think.

Alright, I put together some clips which I find to be fairly essential, but people often overlook:

815 Crash in Real Time
Backgammon
Jack and Locke's White Rabbit Conversation
Jack and Locke's Exodus Conversation
Eko is judged
Ben and Locke go to Jacob's Cabin
Hurley meets Jacob

originally most people thought they just wrote walt off the show because of how much he was growing. would be tough to accept they had been on the island for only a couple of months. but with the timeloop stuff...

I love the very subtle foreshadowing: "Crazy People don't know they are going crazy, they think they are getting saner." This is true for Jack and Locke, and its the reverse for Hurley, who is quite sane, but thinks he is crazy.

Also Jack and Locke talking civil with one another just seems weird now.

Thanks for that. Unfortunately, I'll have to wait till I get home to check them out. Network here at work is too slow.
