Has Alderaan ever been shown in the prequels? I feel like this was the first time ever seeing it. It was beautiful and it looked so ... peaceful.
Other than Episode 3 at the end when Luke and Leia are split, as someone else here pointed out, no.
In terms of SW "canon", I guess Alderaan was shown in the Old Republic video game, but I'm not sure if Disney is considering that "canon" or not

Ahsoka
If Ahsoka does show up, I wonder if they'll do something to make her look younger (as this would be a couple of decades before the Mandalorian).

Vader just looks like pure evil, even without his suit. I love it.

My best guess is that Vader will be prominent in the next 4 episodes given that 95% of the marketing was from the first 2 episodes.

There's only 4 episodes left. Whatever surpise cameos they use now will likely be brief I would suppose. They have to finish the Kenobi-Vader encounter/storyline, wrap up the (likely) Reva redemption story, and safely return Leia home.
My cameo betting odds are now 100% on Ghost Qui-Gon and 25% ex-clone trooper Rex. Instead of Flea, it would've been perfect for Cad Bane tracking down/abducting a child..again, or being hired to capture Kenobi. They may not even return to Tatooine until the end, so Jabba might be out. Not enough time to have a significant encounter with Maul or Palpatine.

I just finished up the two episodes, and I agree with most of what everyone is saying. The woods chase scene was awful, and Reva isn't a very good actor at all.
Every scene with Ewan was great, and I can't wait to see how he turns back in to a jedi again. Overall I thought the two episodes were solid, and I'm invested. I just want more Vader please.

Alderaan in SW:TOR was based off of that clip in Episode 3.

I am not crazy about the actress who plays Leia. She seems much younger than 10 years old, and for some reason, can't seem to properly annunciate all her words.

...Or convincingly run faster than adults.

How the hell was she outrunning full grown adults???

Enjoyed it. Hoping the kidnapping part is done now. What’s the chances she just gets dropped back home safely? They need to invest in a leash for Leia. Her antics are just getting a lot of people killed. Fewer than a planet’s worth at least, so far.

Enjoyed it… didn’t blow me away. I guess I’ll chalk it up “set up” episodes.

I think what the producers were going for is that she is very nimble and agile, and knows her own planet far better than a couple of silly/dumb kidnappers.
Plus, shes also force sensitive, so theres that...
I didn't mind her that much - thought it wasn't over the top.

My wife and I both thought Vivien Blair was perfect. She is 9 IRL and we thought she played a perfect precocious girl of 10.

At least to me, it felt like she was portraying a character of about age 6-7, but maybe I was just really mature for my age

I really hope the Third Sister's resolution is based off what happened to Maul in the now non-cannon Visionaries Darth Maul comic.
Basically she ends up figuring out why Obi Wan is on Tatooine, and goes after Luke. A fierce battle ensues between OBi Wan and Reva, then out of nowhere Owen Lars shoots Reva in the head from behind with the weird looking space musket.

Probably right. They will make her as powerful as Obi Wan. Give me a fricking break Kathleen.

I don’t have much of a problem with young Leia or Reva. If you watch closely, the young actress actually mimics some of older Leia’s mannerisms. She’s trying. I think the show is well-shot and directed for the most part. Some scenes that have already been mentioned like the woods chase are kind of clunky.
I think placing Obi Wan as Leia’s protector rather than Luke’s was a good fake out.
Overall, the show is good.

The gang chasing Leia in the woods was the cringiest shite I've ever seen.
Gave me flash backs to the Boba Fett biker gang chase scenes.
The Kenobi Leah chase was pretty cringe too.
I have to agree, the third sister acting is incredibly bad. Leia acting is fine. If you want to hit on another bad acting performance from this show the boss at the meat processing scene was just bad.
I liked it so far, need to watch the 2nd half of the second episode, I may have dozed off.

Book of Boba Fett was AWFUL.
"Not as good as Mandalorian" does not equal "awful."

Just watched this scene, and wow. They could have cut that entire sequence, and it actually would have improved the show. Episode was 50 minutes long, so I don't understand how they came to the conclusion that needed to be kept.
ETA: The reasoning behind the kidnapping defies belief also. Why would anyone assume that kidnapping a random senator's kid would cause Obi-Wan to come running? I'd assume the exact opposite. The Galactic Senate turned against the Jedi. I know they had to get him off the planet, but surely they could have come up with a better reason than that...
