Well, all that was was the greatest episode of any ST show I’ve ever seen.
—I guess a Shatner voiceover at the end: “Space. The final frontier….” Would be hoping for too much.

Yeah, maybe I’ll post more thoughts later so just some immediate:
Great ending.
Riker saying he missed the Enterprise D’a computer voice
(RIP Mabel Barrett)
Worf impressed as well, he kept up the comedy all season.
I also got a good chuckle out it Geordi’s ‘tough choice’ when they were choosing between some planet’s vacation destination and Orlando.

This season proves that some of our beloved shows and moves that have fallen our of grace with the fans can be revived with good writing.
I thought Star Trek was down for the count until Strange New Worlds and The 8th Season of TNG (Picard S3) came out.
This season was a masterpiece. Not perfect but damn near close. A good mix of fan service and the addition of new characters took Star Trek to a new level.
I'll be posting additional notes as rewatch the finale a few times. Here's a few more I found memorable:
1. Beverly's perfect manual targeting of weapons on the Borg Cube that had everyone turn their heads in surprise.
2. When Deanna sensed "enjoyment" as Data was piloting the Enterprise through the Borg Cube and offered a coy grin...

Facts! Hollywood could do it they just wanted to preach. Hell they even wiped out the whole Q dying shite from season 2!
Some of the things I noticed that I was pleased with.
1. Earth Space Dock help up against a constant barrage from a fleet of over a hundred ships easily for over several hours. Nothing blows up like glass any more and for me, that really put the dominion war into bigger context and how how losses the Breen suffered when they attacked earth.
2. There is a joke in fandom that counselor trio can't pilot for shite as she crashed the Enterprise D. In this one, I was surprise that they let her take the helm and this time piloted the D right lol!
3. I think I will enjoy the Jack Crusher series though I had wished that it was Wesley who showed up at the end to greet his half brother.
Nitpick.
Was the Enterprise F destroyed? Or is there two Enterprise in current service?
Also why would they give the Flagship status Enterprise to a weak ship like the Titan? Enterprise is always the Ship of the Line and strongest ship since Kirk era. The Enterprise E could have handled the Shrike and the F would had turn it into a joke. The titan got it arse kicked very throughly and it was said that the Titan ship itself is weaker compare to other current ship like the Zheng He -class.
So why?
Overall, it is perfect and a bittersweet farewell. I want them to continue on forever but they built up Seven, Jack and Sidyney enough that I would definitely enjoy a spinoff.

I'm going to say the "F" was destroyed. They were flying through a graveyard similar to Wolf 359. I guess 2 Enterprise could exist but the Enterprise F was new out of space dock.

It's not the ship..It's the crew. The Enterprise B had a weenie in Capt John Harriman (Cameron from Ferris Bueller) and it's the only Enterprise that has no mention After ST: Generations. The Titan helped Save Humanity and has earned it's place to carry the Enterprise name. This ship is also a new Class of Starship (Neo Constitution Class).
Heck, the Defiant was the lead ship in the Dominion war.
As Yoda would say: "Judge Me By My Size Do you?"

Just finished it, too. All I can say is... it made me smile. Some people may not like it, but this was a terrific way to wrap it up. What a legacy. I just wish it wasn't on this stupid plus service where most will never see it.

Wow! Thanks for that, I initially did not. That seems to suggest another series could be in the works

I sure thought Janeway would show up. They teased her name a lot.

This. She was not only teased but it would've made sense to have her showing up since she is such an experienced Borg fighter.

Would have been fun if Data had separated the saucer when fighting the Cube

Hey, no one mentioned the President of the United Federation of Planets: Anton Chekov - voiced by TOS Walter Koenig - the son of Pavel Chekov (and undoubtedly named after Anton Yelchin - the second to play Pavel Chekov).
Nice touch.
I wonder if his father ever told him about the “nuclear wessels” . . .

My other one would be, there were characters I really wanted to see again. In the original finale script – look, it was a giant movie that we’re building on a television schedule, right? The fact that we saw what we saw, it’s miraculous that we pulled it off. It nearly killed us all.
But, there was a scene with Soji and Data that we could not afford to do, to bring back another actor. There was a scene where they found Ro Laren in the dungeons of the Intrepid with Tuvok, and that she had survived. We weren’t able to pull off… Harry Kim appeared at one point. We wanted Janeway to be part of Seven’s promotion.
These are things, they’re all in the script. And then your line producer says, “Are you out of your fricking mind? You can’t afford these things. You are not Avengers: Endgame.” So those are my regrets. But I’m very happy with what we were able to pull off.

Hopefully a spin-off done the same way as this season. By now, the people in charge should’ve noticed the difference of opinions of season 3 of Picard and the first two seasons of Picard.

What a spectacular season this was. I am in the middle of a TNG rewatch and this Picard season is such a fitting ending to their story. so many great touches that show these show runners know and adore the show and these characters.

Honestly one of the best finales Ive ever seen. The entire season was pure pleasure.
Yeah it was a fan fiction sploogefest but thats not a bad thing
Maybe Paramount is the one company finally coming around to creating fun entertaining non woke non divisive content. Money to be made if you do that.
