Kim Bassinger may had been a few years too old for that part in 1990 but she was one of the hottest women on the planet then. 9 1/2 weeks was made 4 years earlier
I dont think people remember how beautiful she was before she got old.
And for the record, I would take prime Kim over Prime Demi. Demi's voice was a little irritating and I like blondes.
I prefer Demi in her "pre-surgery" movies..

According to a bunch of working class guys at the time it was Jennifer Beals.
It came down to Beals, Demi Moore and some other nobody.

That's probably her best role. It and The Butcher's wife are both movies where she seems sweet, instead of being a tough broad, like a lot of her roles are. I thought it was odd for her to get her augmentation as old as she was. Call me weird, but I'm not a fan of rock hard ones like she got.
