Assuming double albums don't count, i'm going with Abbey Road, Beggars Banquet, or 77.

Yeah Marley Legend seems fitting. desert island and all. Seems like the upbeat mood would distract from the lack of vagina and food options

Surprised to see this but couldn’t agree more - this album is fantastic start to finish

That was my criteria since it's all I will have. Hard to find anything more solid really. Rumours and Blood On The Tracks maybe.

Since someone already said Exile on Main Street I'll throw in some of my personal considerations for second:

Blood Mountain - Mastodon
Dark Side of the Moon (I'm a normie for this one and I don't care)
The Doors - The Doors
Grateful Dead - Cornell '72
Allman Bros Live @ Fillmore East

Am I the only one that prefers Antics?

Their first three albums have held up so well that you can't go wrong with any of them.

I was obsessed with Interpol coming out of college around when Antics was released. They were on another level with Carlos D on bass, but I'm glad they're still doing the thing.

I could probably go with Turn On The Bright Lights for my choice or maybe this one from a similar era with the same producer:
