Zo's availability is a real problem, but he also took a another defensive leap this season and the team hasn't looked the same without him. Something like 16-19 since his injury.

He's a floor and ceiling raiser and while he's not worth 20 million to most teams, you are doing pretty ok if he can be your 4th option.

But if he cant stay on the court, he's not gonna have value to anyone

As bad as Graham has been, Lonzo ball has a legit availability problem, and I'm very much not convinced that Zo at $19mil is better value than Graham at $11 mil or whatever it is.

Agree---they were pretty much a wash the first half of the season statically. Lonzo had a slight edge, but for nearly double the salary it wasn't worth it.

DG has just fallen off a damn cliff lately--

except when he damn near won a game by himself the other day
graham has been spotty and against CHA he was downright terrible, but overall he's the same as he's always been. its on willie to put him in situations where he can succeed

No No his numbers have plummeted over the past 20 or so games ---

he has won us quite a few games this year, actually.

I mean if you don't look at 3p% and defense, and passing, and rebounding, sure, I guess

The problem with Lonzo was we didn't have a clear contingency plan(and wishful thinking about Lowry in FA isnt a plan), and did a poor job negotiating a trade.

And so we backed ourselves into a corner with Graham and now are gonna have to get ourselves out of it. Thankfully, shouldn't be Adams/Solo bad, but it's still an unfortunate issue

Sources: Los Angeles Clippers star Paul George will return tonight vs. Utah, barring setback pregame. After missing over three months with UCL tear in elbow, a major comeback for one of the NBA’s best.

Using the term negotiation is a stretch

Griffin dropped pants immediately, bent over and stuck an object in his mouth to bite down on

Welp, if the Kawhi rumors turn out true as well, that changes the dynamics of playoffs just a little bit

I don't think anything Clippers do affects us that much

We just need Spurs, Wizards, Knicks and us to keep winning

That the recipe for the Laker pick

So much for that 8th seed. Sacramento and OKC will lay down for them at home. And they'll probably pick up at least another win in the next 5.

Wizards are playing Chicago in Washington tonight. Chicago is on the 2nd night of B2B, so Wiz will be the fresher team and the home team.

Would be huge if Washington can take this one.

How do y’all think the minutes will be distributed next year for the players currently under contract and for possible free agents/rookies?

CJ, Herb, Ingram, Zion, and Valanciunas will get the majority of the minutes.

Hopefully the rest of the minutes goes to Alvarado, Trey, Hayes, and Nance. They're all going to be fighting for time.

It's the potential difference between playing a red hot Minny AND a Paul George(and potentially Kawhi) Clippers to get into the playoffs, or, that patchwork Clippers team Lue has running out there.

We also play the Clippers, in LA.

Suddenly our next three games have went from likely wins to potentially on the road against rested AD/Lebron and Paul George in the last 24 hours.

Ok, all I'm interested in is keeping the Laker pick

That wouldn't get you close at all to #4/5, especially if Paolo is still there. It would take a lot more. Trey Murphy, probably multiple additional picks as well...something along those lines.

I know it depends on what player being there, but it’s pretty much the same trade Griff did already. Moved from 4 to 8 and only picked up a mid first. So to say it’s crazy makes the trade Griff did look even worse. No one thinks Jax is even worth a first if his criminal stuff is taken care of?

Maybe a talent deficient team likes Jax potential and one of the wings that will be there at 8. Or throw in Kira or our first next year to make it happen.

Me too, but we just went in the last 24 hours from what many thought would be 5 relatively winnable games and 2 toss ups depending on seeding and if the Warriors/Grizz play all out, to, really only Portland(x2) and Sac look like schedule wins.

Road just got harder is what i'm saying
