Those minutes are a bench role, where he's been more than fine this season.

He also would likely be playing off Zion and Graham has shot over 40% on C&S 3s this season.

More than fine is a stretch. I just don’t think his 6-12 points a night off the bench is worth it when he’s giving up more in most cases. It’s also tough when sometimes green decides to put both Jose and Graham out there. I wonder how successful we are with both of them out there at the same time. Maybe I’m wrong.

I mean if you don't look at 3p% and defense, and passing, and rebounding, sure, I guess

Player A 13/5/5
Player B 12/4/3

As I said---pretty much a wash statistically and the advantages Lonzo has arent worth double.

Have you been privvy to his utterly horrific defense perchance?

I'm guessing no

Pelicans’ Zion Williamson traveled with the team to Portland on four-game road trip, sources tell me and @WillGuillory . It’s the first multi-game road trip Williamson has traveled on this season. Steps in right direction as he continues to progress but remains out indefinitely.

Our defense is only slightly better when he's off the court, so he's not costing us as this huge defensive liability like is being claimed.

PG did get all the way up to 5 on 5, but yeah, it did seem kind of out of nowhere "he's playing tonight."

first paul george, now this

quote:

The Portland Trail Blazers have listed Didi Louzada as probable for tomorrow's game against the Pelicans. Louzada's first game for Portland could come against his former squad. He had meniscus surgery back when he was still playing for the Pelicans before the CJ McCollum deal.

He's a 10 year Vet. So if he feels he's ready after a 5on5 session, he's ready. It's an elbow injury so that probably easier to ramp up with vs a leg injury.

lakers lose

every team that can pass the lakers has done so...NOP, SAS, WAS & NYK. Lakers at 8 and that’s as high as they can go, everyone above them is tanking

now it’s on the pels to secure 9 with some wins. This could not have turned out any better thus far

Spurs will lose to Grizz tomorrow so will be back a half game but have a more favorable schedule than Lakers (and us unfortunately) so we kinda need the Spurs to lose a few too.
