the dude from what I've read is still having trouble lifting his arm above his head.

I don't give a shite about spin from the Lakers saying 'Its a structural issue'.

Did you read about the procedure and what occurred in the surgery? It's a 3 months recovery timeline, which started in March. If it wasn't a structural injury, then he wouldn't have had to have surgery. If it was a blood condition, surgery (other than maybe to remove the clot), wouldn't have occurred.

From what I've read concerning the surgery and reason for the blood clot, there is a 10% chance of it recurring.

Now imagine one team attempting to develop 3 high picks at the same time.

We'd be the worst team in the league and probably stunt the development of at least 2 of the rookies, if not all 3.

Golden State had a core of Barnes Curry Thompson and Green. Look at them now.
I believe that is a better clone of Green

Worked for OKC and Golden State.
Unless you just mean drafted the exact same year.
I am not a huge fan of this route either but it is not impossible to develop multiple core guys at once.

Were they only developed in year 1?

Read his post. Garland, Reddish, and Zion would all be from this season.

That’s three high rookies from this year alone. Draymond, OTOH, was a high second.

In February, i was in the i'm not trading AD to the Lakers no matter what bus. Now that they have the 4th pick, i think i'd rather their trade over everyone elses, even Boston, but under certain conditions.

I do like Ingram, and I would want him, and i don't mind paying him after next year. Even though Ingram would start, i think he's a good player to have to play with your 2nd unit guys where he can be the go to scorer that you know can get his own shot off.

I do not want Lonzo Ball. Besides the off the court baggage, I don't think he would be a good fit with Zion. He's only going to be effective with the ball in his hands, and i'd rather the ball be in Zion's hands. If we can get #6 from Phoenix for him, i'd do that trade in a heartbeat.
I don't see where Kuzma fits on this team unless he becomes a really good defender and a better 3 point shooter. His defense has been pretty bad in LA. Best case scenario for his role with us would be small ball 5, but he's not good enough defensively for that. That being said, i'd hope we could find a trade for him trying to get back a guy going into his second contract, like Myles Turner, or maybe to a team looking to shed some salary where we can get a future asset, like expiring Plumlee in Denver, or Dieng in Minny or Biyombo in Charlotte. Send SOlo/Kuzma out and get a big that can protect and hopefully a 2020 1st, even if it's top 10 protected.

If that were possible, where we get Ingram, #4, #6, and Myles Turner, I'd rather that over a Boston or NYK deal.
Do that and still have the ability to sign Brogdon from Milwaukee, and i'd be a very happy pelican.
Brogdon
Jrue
Ingram
Zion
Turner
Draft any two of Garland/White, Culver/Hunter. I personally go Hunter at 4 and White at 6.
I'd very much like that.
You'd have three young pieces for the next 4 years in Brogdon/Turner/Ingram, as well as 2 draft picks to develop and replace Jrue's production once he's done. I think that's a good start to building around Zion.

I think it's more about developing 3 picks from the same year with all presumably getting major PT.

Ingram sucks, he has a ton of health issues, and he's going to want to get paid a max contract. Immediately out on Griffin if he's the heart of the AD deal. Eric Gordon 2.0.

Career 11.7 PER with potential for career ending injury who's going to demand a max contract. Sounds like a winner for sure.
