I hope it's all a really fricked up misunderstanding but either Jaxson is in the wrong (most likely) or a really dumb cop picked a fight with a giant.
My 2 cent guess is Jaxson thought the cop had no right to enter the premises and when the cop went to arrest him he resisted.
