Couple notes:
He and CJ take Zion out to eat all the time and they sometimes push him on certain things to eat and that he has to sacrifice to keep the Lambo running. He used the analogy of putting premium fuel and having to sacrifice that cost to keep the car running.
He believes Trey is a future star and all star starter. Larry also said he believes Trey can be the second or third best player on a tirle team eventually. Zach Lowe said we could have a star level player right now if we would put Trey on the table, but Pels have not.
Super happy about the Herb extension. He said that money will let Herb buy so much land in Alabama to fish on

Lowe was saying after talking to people around summer league when ever the Pels come up people always mention Trey. Says his value is very high around the league.

It's kind of crazy how high the Pels community is on Trey, but I think it's pretty much justified. His combination of shooting, athleticism, size, and intellect is very rare.

His trajectory is pretty outrageous. This is a guy who basically shoots 50/40/90 at the NBA level with that legnth and arhleticism. And he does it lining up 30 feet from the basket and shooting regularly out there.
Then you look at his developing handles and elite finishing at the rim and you start to realize he is something special. Once his defense catches up to his offensive impact, he's going to be scary.
And he's working on movement shooting and a pull up middy this offseason. If it translate, he's slowly develop into a 3 level scorer. That's rare.

Yeah, we saw Trey's confidence and skill level shoot up last season. What happens if he hits another level this coming year?
And then you consider all the other young talent on the team who will likely improve. The only old guys who could decline are Jonas, Larry, and CJ.

I mean he went 17th before we knew he was gonna grow 2-3 inches. The potential is nuts
