We're just too small and don't have good enough guard play to compensate for it this season. All fixable things in the off sea. We'll be fine against this team moving forward. No doubt

I wouldn’t say their best, but Lebron was in playoff mode tonight. He gave it everything

He really unlocked the "hey, Lebron go score" method that nobody has so far.
People thinking Vogel outcoached Gentry really shows the state of this board.

Danny green did what we needed reddick too.

Either JJ didn’t have his legs tonight to get space or the LAL were focusing on taking him out of the game. I’m thinking the latter since BI went off bc he wasn’t getting 2x teamed.

think we take the lakers in a series. We didnt play a good game tonight and they needed a season best performance from lebron to get them the W. We took their best but they havent seen our best.

You mean the game we lost?

We'd lose in 5.

We didn’t lose because we were smaller than they we’re in the front court, we lost because we crumbled down the stretch. This has been a common theme from this team against good teams.

It’s hard to not be disappointed after that one. We all know LAL is the best team in WC, but we gave up a lot defensively. It’s hard to win when you can only stick Jrue on Lebron. We’ve got to find an answer to that, because if we make the 8th, we can’t have Lebron hitting his season high every single time.

Favors does not need to be retained this offseason. He just looks like he doesn’t want to be on the court. Doesn’t really help much on either side of the ball. Was surprised Hayes didn’t get any playing time.

What were they missing? A few more games with Morris? Lebron needed a season high, and a minutes restricted rookie.

Oh yeah it’s so hard to believe that Alvin Gentry got out coached. Alvin “my teams play well when it doesn’t matter” Gentry.

Our “playoff push” will continually have us within 2-3 games and then the team will blow it bc that’s what Alvin does

Apparently we were expected to beat the best team in the league on their home court

Lol I don't think anyone has said that. People are just upset because it could've been a win if a few players would've shown up. If Jrue's brothers played for the Lakers, he scores 32 tonight probably with 18 coming in the fourth. Instead he had a horrible night.
