Willie is fine
It’s not directly his fault that CJ shoots 20% from the field and leads the team in shot attempts
And Zion does not try on defense
We literally have to run Mickey Mouse schemes on Defense to try and hide Zion
If Zion doesn’t play in this game, we probably win to be completely honest. Naji Marshall is more of a winning player than he is right now.
Don’t get infatuated with the offensive box score
Watch the games and see how our entire defense breaks down just due to one guy’s presence.

Until CJ and Willie realize that CJ is the third option and always should be, we will remain stagnant on offense. He’s not in Portland anymore. This isn’t last year where he has to put up points for us to win.
Both Willie and CJ have to learn that his best attribute isn’t driving and dishing every other possession but passing the ball to Zion or BI and hovering at the 3 point line and then slashing to the basket and making plays every fourth possession or so once teams start guarding him at the arc

He has to work to get every shot because he has one move: go hard to the goal on the left side. His defense is some of the worst in the league as well. This team needs to run through BI

He’s the fricking head coach. He’s very responsible for how the offense is run and he’s running it through arguably our fourth best offensive starter
