I don't think he is strong enough for that position.

It's not excuses, it's just facts. He was being mentioned for rookie of the year before his MCL sprain in November. Obviously he was playing decisively better

He was grading out higher than Banks earlier in the year according to PFF. Injuries effect players. Fuaga definitely had something going on this year, he didn’t look nearly as good as last year. And he was playing injured this year.

I think he’ll be fine. Just needs to get healthy and get a stronger base in the offseason.

“Imagine winning the afc and being in the Super Bowl”

Wow that was fun. Drake Maye is also 4 years younger than Shough is

It’s a team sport and he’s going to find himself out of a job. Congrats?

now all you have to cling to is Shough’s age since you got bodied on him not being an NFL starter, sad little boy

I got bodied only because you cherry pick old screenshots you want. Imagine if I took time out of my day to look up all your shitty takes He’s 5-4 as a starter. Has a long way to go to prove anyone wrong. And I HOPE he proves me wrong so you can stop throwing it my face that I was wrong about a draft pick You got me!!

Spent the #4 overall pick on a guard

Yeah, those poor Patriots

Also, no guarantee he can play guard well.

Will Campbell looked suspect ever since he talked about wanting to get into a fight and then got pushed around by a sloppy USC team.

Yet he was all SEC and a #4 overall pick. If you can’t tell that his MCL majorly changed the way he played then you weren’t watching

He literally could not throw a ball if he had to move his feet in anyway. Can't play QB in this league like that. Perfect example was the play he got flushed and had a wide open (by 10 yards) guys underneath about 12 yards away and he threw it 5 yards behind him.

Tbh as much shite as I give Rattler, he probably at least gets it close enough for the receiver to touch it (maybe not catch it). But Rattler is too scared to go out and make something happen, and you just cannot play QB that way.

Me either and people call me a lsu homer on other sites but I only talk up the ones I see as good. I didn’t see him as NFL great LSU couldn’t run the ball for years.

Imagine being such a dork that you root for Shough to fail because your mock draft was wrong

100% agree with the takes here, but to "defend" him a tiny bit that first sack was on the guard knocking the defender off his block allowing a free run to the QB.

Nah that was all Will. Will was already beat and in the qb’s lap. Guard tried to help and will should have recognized that protected the outside with inside help but instead he stopped his feet and end ran around him for the sack.

No he wasn’t. He was standing straight up with the guy and was engaged. The guy knocked him off Will.

So now it comes out he played with torn ligaments in his knee. Of course his play went down hill after the injury late in the season. Who woulda thought?

Vrabel said he’s not going anywhere. He’s a rookie playing in a shite knee and facing a house blitz every play. Hell settle in and be a great pro somewhere along the o line.

I think he is just soft, he will never be a guard as has no power and drive to control los.

He will remain injured and in and out lineup. Until he gains metal toughness will be a non factor at any postion.

We’ve been there… a lot the past decade.

Peat was a tackle coming out and we were lucky to get a serviceable span from him at Guard.

Ram was elite at RT, career cut short

Penning a complete disaster

Appears Fuaga and Banks are on track to end the 1st round Tackle franchise setbacks
