Guys please. He needs to work on his tackling but he plays how you want a safety to play. Put someone else without the deep zones skills and you’re all going to be crying about the deep balls we give up.

point is, he was a bad draft pick and has horribly underperformed, costing us time and again in big games. he is the weakest link on the defense, a tad bit worse than pj williams, and all decent offensive coordinators know it

This is about as absurd as it gets. Congrats on being an idiot. There's nothing wrong with calling out Williams when when he has a bad game, but some of you tards jump to monumentally ignorant conclusions when you're pissed at him.

Williams has flaws, mainly his tackling
But when he has a bad game, which isn’t often, we give up big plays i.e. the 49ers game. A good FS isn’t noticeable because they aren’t giving up big plays and are helping in the deep middle of the field. If you haven’t noticed, most of the big plays we give up, outside of the 49ers game, are near the sidelines or over the intermediate middle of the field where LBs should be.

It's humorous how poor of a tackler he is...as a safety. And, his unwillingness to tackle and wrap up is amazingly bad. I've seen him take terrible angles in the open field. Most players who take bad angles are too aggressive. He is the opposite. He take an extreme angle almost backwards sometimes.
He's ok in coverage...but even then he's made some boneheaded mistakes.
Look he's not the worst player ever. He's had more than his share of interceptions. But, he might be the worst tackler ever. And, in an important game, he scares the hell out of me.
