When are you guys going to understand this league and every other one is as well fixed and they pick who, where and how much each player gets...it's sad but true

We have 13 million in cap space now. Bad news is we went from 65 million for 2026 to 37 million.

Is this without touching Jordan, Hill, Ram, and TM yet?

As said, they haven't been touched (as far as I know as of this morning), which means they all can still be potentially cut post June 1st (or in Ram's case he retires). If cut now they'd all cost cap, thus why we have to wait.

And if we decide we want to keep whichever of them and create more space prior we can restructure them then. It seems we have done all of the planned restructures to this point, which leaves these guys and then some guys that aren't as rock solid in the future to still consider.

It should also be noted that Kamara also hasn't been touched yet, leaving options for him open as well. His contract was setup to be restructured with dummy years and no bonus money on them yet (the last 2 of the 4 void years anyway). So that may mean we are potentially looking if someone wants to trade for him (would need to be post June 1st), or possibly just are waiting until we land a big FA to restructure and clear some more cap prior to June 1st. Seems we are still hunting CBs.

really not a lot of quality out there... Tre'Davious White is still out there, but he's probably the only guy out there that I would say is a potential starter over the guys we currently have

then there are some guys who could potentially push for a starting spot like Jeff Okudah, Kendall Fuller, Rasul Douglas...

then guys in the Adebo range Kristian Fulton, Asante Samuel Jr., Emmanuel Mosely

Samuel played for Staley in LA so that might be an option

Leonard Floyd got cut by San Fran

The saints should sign him as the other outside backer if they can get him for cheap. 8 sacks last yr.

I'd love to have Floyd on a good deal but bet he goes to a contender type team

We need Becton

Floyd has been with Staley at two of his stops and would be a perfect stop gap guy to help us move to the 3-4 (if he is cheap)

That is true. It would be a nice move to make DE/OLB not as dire need as it is.

We must get a LG and S imo, and at least one CB.

CB, LG and FS are what we need to sign to not have obvious holes going into draft. Would like MVS back at WR as well.

Wouldn't be opposed to resigning Lucas Patrick and drafting a guard, because he was doing really well until he got hurt.

I think at CB we need to sign a legit one and draft one.

I would love to get a veteran wr. I prefer an upgrade of MVS, but he will do.

As bad as we are as pass rushing, I swear Atlanta has been even worse.

Last year: Judon
The year prior: Campbell
2022: Carter
2020-21: Fowler
2019: Beasley

Last time they had a guy double digit sacks: 2016 - Beasley
