If you're drafting top 10 and take a running back you are an absolute moron unless you own the pick and are a small weapon away from Super Bowl caliber.

All 3 of those players then combined with Arvell Reese, Caleb Downs, Reuben Bain, Sonny Styles, Mansoor Delane or David Bailey should be the pick.

Let's look back on a famous class that I remember you bitching and moaning about Lester- 3017

You never ever ever reach on a top 10 Running back. Most of the time they don't work out like Leonard Fournette but even when they do your team isn't good enough to benefit like Christian Mccafrey and there's always massive value later like Alvin Kamara and instead you can take a value based defenders and lineman in the first like Marshon Lattimore and Ryan Ramczyk.

He’s good, but RB’s are a dime a dozen. They’re interchangeable. Don’t waste a first round pick on one when you can get a good one in later rounds.

This is a dime a dozen draft class. RB is actually one of the few positions with a headliner.

It's not about the player - drafting a rb 8th overall is also paying him 4/31mil.

Its not cost effective when you can gamble for another position and pay 10mil for a rb in free agency

Bijan Robinson, CMC, Jonathan Taylor, Derrick Henry all say hello.

There is a reason why both of the teams in the SB are in the SB. They have strong running games which allow their QB's to thrive. I'd definitely be okay with Love to help maximize Shough given that we upgrade the interior of the line.

Those of you adamant against taking Love are acting like y’all didn’t watch one of the worst running games in the league in 2025.

AK is old and the rest of the RBs on the roster are meh at best

I saw treyveon henderson carry the patriots offense at times this year. I think about that and the young QB and lack of weapons and it makes you wonder what Love could do

I’d argue Lemon would be worth it but other than that I agree.

Love is likely going to be the best player on the board when the Saints pick. This is a way deeper WR draft class and an abysmal RB class outside of Love.

I’d argue Bijan, CMC and even Gibbs belong in that conversation. This team needs good fricking players. Love is a good player. Anyone who doesn’t want to take good players on a roster that doesn’t have many is a fricking moron.

How many playoff runs did these teams make?
that wall of text and you don't understand the NFL.

playoffs aren't the primary goal. back then the top goal was butts in the seats and 2nd goal was eyes on the tv. now that's reversed but still same point.

Lester idgaf about you so I'm not going to waste time looking up your quotes on it. You and I both know you were bitching snd moaning about it but whatever.

Taking Jerimiah Love in top 10 is retarded.

1) they are all ranked lower as BPA on nearly every draft chart. Where are you getting this from? Is it just your opinion. Generally asking

2) and this is the more important part WE DO NOT NEED AN OFFENSIVE TACKLE!!!!

Why is everyone trying to force us into taking one. Taking and OT early and just shifting positions is what got us into this mess.

The Chiefs OLine is terrible too, they need weapons, and their defense is suspect. And yet every mock they want Love! Kid is a playmaker, who will shine in the next 5 years. I’d rather they be with Shough!
