I actually want to keep Ingram and would rather upgrade the offensive line.

Only scenario in which we could upgrade our O-Line with Ingram is to get a late round draft pick and go from there. I'm not crazy about player trades this far into the season anyway, they have a lot to learn in a short period of time. Then you run the risk of them not even being better than what you have on the active roster. Only scenario where a player trade this late makes sense is to fill in for an injury.

Sure. I mean it totally makes sense to waste a roster spot for a guy that is sitting on bench.

Send him to Tuscaloosa as he seems to be more excited to be on their sideline than in a saints uniform

I bet you he is not. Who would take a RB that has not seen the field in several weeks and for the second consecutive year is dealing with toe issues?

I would contact either Jacksonville or Cleveland. If a Franchise is not open to train wreck trades, then I don't see us moving ingram there.

Seriously, what benefit would come with ingram?

Literally the only reason I could see someone trading for ingram is bc they plan on drafting alot of Alabama players and we all know Ingram is way better at cheering/motivating other crimson tide than playing himself.

One that is desperate for a RB would be a logical guess. The Saints don't need him and could possibly be keeping him off the field to keep him healthy enough to spark a trade discussion. True, he may not have much trade value and on the surface looks like a complete bust but he is probably an upgrade to just some Joe Blow off the street at this point for a team in a bind for a back. I would bet a team that wants to plug him as a more every down back like what the Pack is doing with Lacy may jump on him if the Saints are just wanting to dump him at this point.

Ingram and a 2nd-round pick for Gordon. I'd say it's worth it. Saints need a #1 badly outside Graham. Colston, Thomas and Sproles are all aging. Moore is Moore.

Saints definitely need a number 1 WR with some length. I like Stills as a Moore replacement, but we don't have a player who can go over the top of defenders besides Graham. You saw what happened when the Patriots took away Graham. It severely limits what the offense can do if you only have slot/underneath guys.

Well, Brees doesn't exactly have a great deep ball. I don't know if y'all have noticed but when he tosses the ball deep it's almost always behind the WR and that's not intentional all the time. I'm not talking about 20-30 yard passes but 40-50 for the deep ball. He doesn't have great arm strength. Gordon would be a true #1 for us, IMO. That dude is in a shithole and is waiting to bust loose somewhere.

Isn't Stills a 4.4 guy? Plus we'll get Morgan back next year. If anything, Stills is like a young Moore who is actually fast.
