They aren't going to. There is no way they will restrict the capacity in the dome specifically. It is too close to fans attending to go through the logistical nightmare of assigning seating based on limited capacity after already taking in money for full capacity worth of season tickets.

I don’t think so. It’s a fair compromise. I just gave up 4 pelican club level tickets at 12 grand and 4 Saints club level at 8 grand. While I would have loved to roll it over like last year, I understand they needed to have some sort of incentive to stop people from cancelling. I’m sure this worked for them for the people who have fewer, less expensive tickets. I just don’t plan to attend any games with a mask and I don’t see how I can recoup 20k selling under these circumstances. I’m happy to relinquish my rights to recoup my 20k.

Falcons might not be a the best example. They don’t fill up their own stadium lol. Green Bay, cowboys, bills, they travel pretty good.

They are still holding the game and you are choosing to give up your tickets in exchange for your money being refunded. So I can understand the Saints position there.
However, their original stance of not providing refunds was complete bullshite that likely would have been disallowed should it have been challenged in court.
I would imagine few, if ANY of the tickets purchase were done so after proof of vaccine/negative test became a condition of attendance. That was not part of the bargain when the buyer chose to purchase the ticket.
