Tough to win games and put up points when your leading receiver is your TE.

Undrafted te and undrafted receiver were our 2 leading receivers.

We pretty much might be forced to draft McMillian or Burden.

I disagree with this as a blanket statement. Kittle, Marc Andrews & Kelce have been top receivers on their teams in the past and this hasn't stopped them from winning. The issue is the top receiver with less than 600 yards

Also, Saints had problems winning games when their top receiver was a WR.

Or when your leading receiver only gets 32 yds per game. Damn we suck.

Crazy we traded all dat to get Chris Olave and his loudmouth Brother’s Twitter account and we wouldn’t trade anything at all to move up for Justin Jefferson the year before.

Mickey has killed this franchise.

And we would be paying JJ how much now?

Do you think he gets a bonus for leading the team in receiving yards?

Also does not help that this guy hits the turf at the first contact virtually every catch !

So you don’t want Mickey to draft elite players because we’d actually have to balance our books correctly so we could pay them?

he'd a be a solid #2 or 3 TE on most teams.

for a former WR to not have a lot of YAC is telling.

God Bless him though.

Travis Kelce and Tony Gonzales would like a word.

We just have shitty TEs.

Its why u dont trade mult picks for one player. Baun, Trautman, Olave, Penning. 4 players 12 picks. Wasted. Olave is decent but has never played a full season. I would never pick up his 5th year option or 15 million a yer....

We can easily upgrade this position in the draft.

Trade back in first, pickup another 3rd rounder. A decent amount of TEs available.

Johnson has been a huge disappointment since signing his contract and I would not bring him back.

Draft a mid round TE and let Holker step up with Moreau.

Not likely to last till the 4th round but Gunner Helm or Mason Taylor would be good additions.

Even “funnier”, leading pass catcher TE, but after that it’s a RB, then a TE again.

The leading wr is Olave with 400 yards which makes him the 4th most yards receiving.

The OC has a challenging job, idk if the Saints receivers scare anybody

You can bump some of the draft threads. I kept saying we needed to draft Jefferson. Brady just came from the saints, the rookies were shut out from the mini camps b/c of COVID. But Brady was pretty much running concepts from the saints. Woukd have been a seamless transition.

Everyone kept saying receiver wasn’t a need, we needed a linebacker. And here we stil are….
