If you wanna boycott bc of the kneeling then just boycott and shut the frick up. Go away. Boycott everything and if enough people do it the NFL will do something. But until then please just shut up and let those of us who want to watch and talk football just watch and talk football

I'm 22 and I care. Maybe if the people kneeling weren't engaging in hypocrisy, and actually conveyed what they were protesting for, I could find it more tasteful. But to kneel for no reason other than because the movement is in vogue really gets on my nerves.

Literally the only reason the kneeling has an effect is bc you let it piss you off. If everyone ignored it then it wouldn’t be effective

The owners who demand their players stand are doing it for the same reasons people are boycotting: they don't like that black guys have a platform to protest.
The owners that have told their teams to stand did so BEFORE any boycotts started.
Not a single owner has told his team to stand because it's hurting his bottom dollar.
Just as the average boycotter, the owners mask their outrage as Patriotism when its clears as day that they just don't like being used by the players.
If it was about patriotism and not about power then these same owners would have offered a compromise similar to the one the saints came up with where the players could kneel during a portion of pregame that was not during the anthem.
Look, I'm a white guy that thinks that white privileged is a load of crap but when you look at this whole boycott vs protest thing from afar it's nothing more than people being mad that black guys are getting a voice that will reach millions of people.
I've said it before, I don't give a damn about their protest but I'm also not gonna let it ruin my day.
