I once watched two trashy strangers sitting next to each other at an airport bar first meet then proceed to get insanely shite faced and clearly go to the bathroom to hook up. It was like watching a train wreck in slow motion.

I got kicked off a plane in Omaha once. Was so drunk they turned it around on the runway and had the cops remove me. Somehow never got arrested. No idea how I made it home.

is not nearly the same as getting so fricking plastered you're denied boarding on an airplane. OP needs to get his fricking life together. There's nothing wrong with drinking. Hell, there's nothing wrong with knocking back a beer or two every night. There is something wrong when you're getting that shitfaced in public though.

I like to have a couple of drinks at the airport but always get a headache from the flight when I do. Maybe I'm not drinking enough.

No, but the wife and I forgot a backpack on the airport parking shuttle once because we had a few drinks before showing up to the airport. It was pretty embarrassing asking each shuttle driver that came around if they had our back pack on their bus. We did find it and the rest of the trip went way smoother.

Got cut off by flight attendants once flying to Sioux Falls. I wasn't drunk or anything but she said that I was drinking too fast and the alcohol affects you more at the high altitudes. I asked her, wouldn't it just equal out when we landed?

Bottomless beer at the Capital One lounge hasn't gotten me close to the NFL, but it's definitely been the subject of several close calls with the gate closing.

I watch those arrest videos on YouTube all the time, and it blows my mind how people get that shitfaced at the airport.
They usually then act like assholes when they are told they can’t fly.
Have a beer, maybe two.
Why would anyone expect to be allowed in a flying tube thousands of feet in the air if they are drunk?
