Greenwood is Viking Range country and I was almost hired to build and the manage an ethanol plant there. Wife was happy that Haley Barbour line item vetoed funding of ethanol subsidies passed the year before as his first accomplishment as governor.

There is a Greenville in all 50 states.

I believe the crossroads of Robert Johnson fame is near by. Maybe go check out the historical marker?

We played football there in high school. The team ate at some diner before the game. We all got the raging shits. There was one toilet in our locker room that didn’t flush. It was glorious.

Worked with a guy from Greenville, Ms.
He was very proud Greenville had a bridge that crossed the Mississippi River.
That's all I got.

You have does and Downtown Grill. I haven’t hit the bar scene in several years, but I wouldn’t stay in them past 12 & only go to Blues or Specs on Friday or Sat.
Other then that you will have to travel to other towns. I really don’t know what there is to do unless you go to the museum in indianola(never been).
There isn’t much to do there baw. Work, eat, drink and go on the lakes. Harlows is there, and is the only casino I would recommend. I don’t live there anymore, but I have heard the crime is getting bad.

Stay in Cleveland and have her come to you.

The flood museum is pretty cool. It's downtown, I am not sure exactly when it's open. I would take the drive over to Indianola one day and check out the BB king museum. Does is an experience, it's pricey but worth it. Gino's has a chili and slaw burger that is probably the best I have ever had. Since you are from out of town, the Greenville Country Club would let you play golf there if that's your thing. Nice course with super fast greens. There is a Grammy museum in Cleveland that's about a 45 minute drive. Lot's of good places to eat in Cleveland.

Grammy Museum in Cleveland is definitely worth checking out. BB King Museum in Indianola is pretty cool too. Too bad you weren't there this past weekend cause Gary Clark, Derek Trucks and a bunch of other people played at the BB King Museum Saturday night.
Those are the two things that jump to mind for time passing activities when you're solo. As others have said, Cleveland is a cool town. I like the roof top bar at Bar Fontaine. My parents live pretty close to Greenville but when we go up there we don't usually spend a lot of time in Greenville besides the occasional trip to the original Doe's and hitting the grocery store.
Oh I guess they have Harlow's & the Trop casinos. Never been to either of them but something else you could do.

Blues Museum in Leland as well as Kermit the Frog.
Jim Henson was born there as well as the blues.

Don't know if it's the same, but had one at Margaritaville in Biloxi, and I thought it was overrated. I didn't find it that great.

Not too far from Clarksdale, take a drive up there and see the Delta Blues Museum and even go to the crossroads and make a deal with the devil.

Used to go to a big car show in Greenville every year. Fondly remember the brown water from the faucets in the hotel. Town was a shithole from what I remember, but I haven't been back in almost 20 years

Have a lot of good memories from there in the late 90’s at a club called One Block East. Greenville use to be a cool little town.
