The concern I would have for the Tommy Bahama chairs is they sit very low to the ground. It may be hard for a 70 year old to get out of that chair.
This. They are hard to get out of for many older people. Find a chair that is higher for them. Otherwise Tommy Bahama chairs are great.

That depends on how much of a boss you want to be?

Won it in a raffle, of course.

Kijaro dual lock bag chairs. Japanese, but probably made in China. $40 or less and last a long time if you wash salt and sand off of them. Well made, sturdy and comfortable. Mine have lasted years and are used all the time.

Go with the OTs favorite brand: Yeti. Only $300 for this chair. Keeps your arse crack cool for 8 hours.

We bought the nautica ones from Sam’s last year. Used them maybe 20 days the past year. I don’t have a complaint about them yet. Just wash them after every use

Nothing beats a freestyle rocker

Depends on how low they are able to bend to sit down. Traditional beach chairs are sometimes hard to get in and out of.

I rather their comfort pro rocker. Much easier carry with the strap. It's my perfect scout camp chair too.

I too need some new chairs. As suggested, I searched for Tommy Bahama & this is the first thing that popped up. Maybe NSFW
I also recommend Tommy Bahama.

The $40 blue TB ones from Costco are everywhere around here. We have two and they’ve been great. Lots of nice features.

Fair point. Last time I was there they did have another model that sat higher. Might be worth a look.

I've had the Chama Vaquero chair for a few years. It's incredibly comfortable, and easy to get in and out of. It's got a great carry bag with a pocket for sunglasses and sunscreen, etc.
