If God created the universe then it would make sense aliens, if part of our universe, we're also created by God.
The bigger problem for Christianity is the ever changing and more convincing, age of life on earth. Its certainly more than a few thousand years old. Until Christianity can explain that away, im sure they'll come up with something, then its already been turned own its head.
I'd guess that if humans being older than they can account for cant yield their faith then aliens certainly cant.

I cant see that it would be different than any other isolated people who had not heard the good news.

Aliens from another planet would not have inherited sin from Adam. How would the news be good for them?

God is the Lord of all. Any sentient being would be on the same footing as humans.
