That may or may not be true, but it has nothing to do with the fact that he is, indeed, correct.

Not at all.

"nice clothes" does not equate to the formality of the clothes, but rather the quality of the clothes

I can have a "nice" pair of jeans. That doesn't mean I will wear them to a wedding. It just means that are nice for jeans, as in quality.

He isn't though. As catfishjohn said, a nice pair of jeans, loafers/nice boots, a button down, and sports coat is not the same as wearing a PFG shirt with a sloppy pair of jeans.

Goddamnit. I AM retarded if this is in fact, what yall meant. I was assuming yall meant nice as in "dress nice".

I would like to apologize to anyone and everyone that I have hurt because of the decisions I have made. And moving forward I will strive my very hardest to be better, and to do better.

But the same loafers/boots, button down and sports coat would look better with Khakis. That is, of course, just my opinion. I will neither admit nor deny having worn jeans with a button down and sports coat and nice boots on one or more occasions, and even to church.

I like this look:

This is not a knock on you but I honestly can't even imagine having one pair of blue jeans
I am highly averse to shopping. shite weirds me out. People at stores are like zombies.

I am a simple man when it comes to clothes. I buy shite like Polo and Levi's and Brooks Brothers which nevers goes out of style.

Cats with holes in their jeans and skinny jeans and all that shite are doing too much

EDIT: Who the frick cares about clothes enough to make this a 8 page thread

This is my opinion too, but I disagree. I think a dark pair of jeans look better than khakis.

That is why they make both.

Nice jeans (not even close to overly nice):

Those duck canvas ones are pretty slick.

This devolved rather rapidly into two markedly different questions.

"Do you wash your jeans?"

"Do you wash your look at me NYT Style magazine traipse down to the nano-brewery with your Yorkiepoo for an obscure IPA in your fedora and cap-toe boots limited edition $1000 Japanese raw denim selvedge jeans?"

I wash them after 2-3 wears. I don't own any jeans that are expensive enough where I care how long they last. 2-3 years and they get downgraded to winter work pants.
