Yes. I get a midyear and end of the year bonus. It’s based off the profitability of the company. We had a challenging year, but I got a $6,000 bonus Friday. I’ve had everything from an extra paycheck on a super lean year on profits to a $25,000 bonus on a good year. Happy to get 6k. I thought it was going to be less.

Cash annual bonus but usually comes early March. I’m typically in the 40% range.

Yes, but it is not called a Christmas bonus. It is in the form of cash paid out as a percentage of your salary based on some corporate earnings targets. Generally turns out to be a pretty good sum of money every year.

This. Although company is doing badly this year so no word on if we’ll get anything yet.

We get our bonuses around end of Feb. KPI tells me exactly how much I’ll get so it’s never a surprise.

For Christmas we get $75 Amazon and managers tell us to go have a nice dinner and expense it.

Pretty good compared to the Christmas bonuses or pizza party I’d get working at a “mom and pop” company previously

Our company has great benefits except for Christmas bonuses. All we get is a poinsettia and the day of Christmas off. I usually duck out at noon on Christmas Eve.

We get our annual bonuses in August. Typically 8-15% of my salary. Put 20-25% of that aside and it handles Christmas gifts.

I’m in the AEC industry. Our year end bonus varies from year to year based on our profitability. A couple of years it was 100% of my salary. I don’t anticipate that much this year, but it should north of 50%.

When I first started we got a Christmas party with a meal everyone got a gift of around $50 in value and an envelope with a $50 in it.

Fast forward a few years we now typically get a Christmas party with a meal an envelope with $200 in it plus we get half a day paid off work.
