I can’t find anything online about what Watson does for a living. I was curious about this too.

Zachary and Central have their own funding mechanisms in addition to the statewide parish funding for students.
Anyone attempting to use that in the average is going to get cut because all sales and property taxes in these areas are elevated as a result.

Revenues declined for everyone including government. They continue to remain low. She has done nothing to mitigate that.
Everyone can’t be essential. Every expenditure can’t be essential.
But with progressives government comes first and the people get the leftovers. She spelled that out very clearly.
