Between that store and Ulta, it seems once a week here in Houston there is an online post from news stations and/or law enforcement looking for the usual suspects… they post their photos and very often they are caught… they are what news stations call “beauty bandits”…

you would think that with as many incidents there have been over the past several months that Ulta would have security at the front door

It is truly baffling
