Nothing better than a “Daddy I need help with …” call. I hope my little girls always need me.
Now I may pay someone else to do the labor but I’m handling it for her.
Best $5k or so I can spend is not moving boxes.

My parents moved me twice. To college and to my apt when I graduted college.

Into/out of dorm
Into/out of first apartment
Into/out of house

Into/out of (this July) post grad house
Will move into next house in August — new life without roommates.
This is it. And I’m the mom — it’s my husbands busy time and he truly can’t get away hours away to another state to help. So she finds guy friends to help with the big stuff and I pay $100 and beer/pizza.
This is it though. She’s not planning any moves for a few years. Thank goodness.
