They just busted 2 FedEx drivers in Baton Rouge for stealing packages. I had the same type thing happen to me. Package was shipped to my name and address but was delivered to a different address. I never did receive that item.

I had the same thing happen, literally drove around 3 local neighborhoods and saw my package on a porch. FedEx did nothing to help me.

I honestly wouldn’t have even been mad at FedEx if the drivers had stolen the shite, same if someone had yanked it after drop-off, only so much they can do about that.
The thing that pisses me off is that they have the technology to know exactly where the package went, factually know they fricked up, but instead of fixing it they’re content to ignore it. Tells me all I need to know about them as a company and I’ll go out of my way to ensure they never get another dime from me.

Don't waste your time with contacting FedEX.
No need to call anyone, package delivered finally.

I get that, but it happens. Of all the packages they deliver in a day, there will be times a package gets dropped off at the wrong place.
That’s not his grievance. You missed it entirely. Impressive.

Usually don't have an issue with them but was supposed to get 2 things today and they are mia. Never went out for delivery from the final stop.

FedEx is the worst where I live

Ahh, anecdotal stories about why companies suck in entirety. I can’t get enough of these. Are there any more companies who in your opinion should “eat a weiner”?

I hadn’t figured it out yet either. My next move will be to set up a dummy email, set as my default, and hope that eliminates it

All their corporate upper level management are Harvard Business School grads, blindly and merrily schlepping through metrics that have nothing to do with lower level operations and the real world.

They’re usually pretty timely
I’ve been waiting on a delivery since January 14th. Need the package to clear inspection to move into house.
I reordered, but it’s also coming fedex and won’t be delivered until march 11, hopefully.

FedEx subcontracts everything now. You have some serious idiots delivering packages now.

I despise FedEx. They're the only shipping company that I ever have issues with. Three times this year, they have just left my package sitting at the road by my mailbox because they're to lazy to pull into the driveway and get out and walk it to the door. I'm guessing it's the same guy that doing it because I have a hard time believing thats their SOP.

Nextdoor loves this kind of shite.
I was reported on Nextdoor as a porch pirate for retrieving a package of mine delivered to the wrong house. I don’t have Nextdoor, but my neighbor down the street told me and defended my honor on the app.

I don't know about other states, but in North Carolina they put FedEx shipping locations inside Dollar General stores. And it's exactly what you would expect it to be like.

have had mail in my mailbox that was wrong. I stick it the right mailbox
As a USPS worker, this is frustrating. When a customer says something like “I can’t count the times I receive someone else’s mail in my box.” My response is, I’m sorry that has happened, but I have never heard any complaints about misdelivered mail at this address.” Then the customer says they deliver it to right mailbox themselves. That’s when I let them know if the customer is fixing the problem without our knowledge, we don’t know that a problem ever existed.

Well the good news is you can’t choose what shipping service a company decides to send their products to you.
Probably gonna deal with them again

Smith was likely doing it as well, but hasn’t the CEO (Raj Subramaniam) who took over for Smith been importing a lot of workers from his country of origin?
