The governor (the position, not any particular one) has a direct interest in the success of LSU's surrounding areas. It's not even ten minutes away! Yet for some reason, this area has been allowed to decay and turn to shite. With as much power the governor has in this backwards arse state, you would think flexing the muscle to clean this up would be easy.
All the shite in Tigerland, including the bars, needs to be burned and razed and built from scratch. Police presence needs to be insanely heavy. And a mounted patrol on campus, ehh frick it, why not?
This is the flagship university of the state, in the capital city. fricking fix it !

I love when people think you're supposed to be Rambo. It's one thing if you can tell what they are trying to do and you start yelling/freaking out before they get a chance to corner you, but once they have you dead to rights like this case, just hand over whatever they hell they want.

For the older among us that is the apartment that used to be the exchange. It got built in 2014 and of course has already had at least one rebrand.

I can’t say I disagree. I do believe we are all delaying the inevitable and final exodus from this state. Tell you what I wouldn’t do with kids. I wouldn’t encourage them to put their roots down here long term, not if you love them and their quality of life long term is important to you.
