You die if you don't eat.
You can be addicted to a specific food or be a compulsive overeater. In which case you'll end up being a trashy fat.

There is a new term being used. Food noise. Once I learned about this, I realized it's been with me a long time. Another member of my family also suffers from this .
Living without food noise is liberating.

So you start craving food if you don’t have any?

I think so
I eat chocolate every night before bed
It might just be a fun size Hershey bar or a handful of chocolate covered almonds but it’s an addiction for sure
Planning on breaking the habit as soon as the Halloween candy is gone

Have you seen my 600lb life? Absolutely it’s an addiction. Some of these people you gotta feel bad for.

Easiest way to start is people need to give up soda. Especially people that don't live an active lifestyle. Unnecessary calories and bad sugar.

I eat 2-3 times a day. I've tried to stop, but literally cannot. It's real.

I say yes. This is my biggest issue with Ozempic. Yes, it can be a great way to jump start weight loss, and losing weight has a ton of health benefits. This is a given. Using Ozempic alone doesn't address the behaviors that caused the extreme weight gain in the first place. Contrary to what the media will have you believe, people do not just spontaneously become obese. People become obese over time by consuming more calories than they burn. Full stop. IMO, prescriptions should only be given in conjunction with nutritional counseling. You have to treat the brain to heal the body.
I agree. I’m a fat guy and have struggled with weight issues for over 30 years. My doctor has asked if I want to do one of one weight loss drugs but I’ve opted to not start that despite the promise of quick weight loss.
I don’t want to become dependent on a drug that will remove my personal responsibility to not eat like an 8 year old at grandma’s house. I guess I’m old enough to know that weight loss without a change in discipline and lifestyle is only temporary.
