I think it's pretty despicable how that article is trying suggest a clearly crazy kid was motivated by political rhetoric.

That might very well be the case, but the fact is no one (except maybe law enforcement) knows why he did it. Right now its all assumptions.

Once again they’ll blame guns and the 2A when the Justice system didn’t do its fricking job. Dude should be in prison and at least had his ability to purchase a gun suspended given the earlier charges.
