are wondering how good a bass player Tal Wilkenfed is, you only need to know one thing: Jeff Beck invited her to join his 3 piece touring band.

Never thought I'd see Jeff Beck and ZZ Top team up to do a Tennessee Ernie Ford song, but here we are.

Vicki Peterson was actually the bones of the Bangles’ sound. She could light it up. Listen to her work on the cover of Hazy Shade of Winter.

Think she’s married to a baw from around Mandeville. They go to a dermatologist my friend works for.

I don’t know shite about guitar. But women in general are dumb and less capable than men so makes sense if they can’t play guitar

It's not widely known, but Charo, former wife of Xavier Cugat is a hell of a Classical guitarist.

Tina S. Is the best currently active female guitarist and it ain't close (except for maybe Nita Strauss).

What in the hell is a woman going to do with a guitar in the kitchen?
But, in keeping with the spirit of this thread; I'm probably in the minority here, but I find the bass player for Haim attractive.

Played with Jeff Beck. If you ever get the chance to watch one of his live show videos from when she was in the band, do it and you will be glad you did. They played well together.

Here's a song with a female guitarist. And bassist.
Make sure the CC are on - the (female) singer completely unloads on some guy.

She made the variety show circuit back in the day when married to Cugat and that whole "Coochie, Coochie" thing was a big part of her gig. Cugat was 66 when they married and she was likely in her 20's at the time since nobody knows her actual birthdate. It varies from 1941 to 1951 depending on what documents are shown.

When Cugat met her and married her he was a pretty old man and she was young and wanting to be the next "Sex Kitten" in showbiz from what I could tell.

It's genetic. The female mind isn't equipped to master a fretboard. They can sing good and write good songs, but that's the end of that.
