It's best to make something. Here's what I would do:
Go to Hobby Lobby and get the plastic letter holders for bouquets. They're the things you see in bouquets that are holding the note.
Gather some good pictures of her in nursing garb or with her nursing friends. You can make an album on your phone.
Go to the Walgreen's website and you can upload your album and get wallet sized photos printed.
Buy some flowers and then take the holders and put a bunch of them in the bouquet with all the pictures you printed.
I did this for mother's day for my wife with pictures of her and my daughter together. It was a big hit and all the women in my life told me how cute it was. It's best to make something so they know you put some thought into it.

I would let her pick out shoes, and other equipment she may want to use. Some nurses are picky about this.
I would get her a weekend spa treatment.
Nurses take care of people day in and day out. Giving them a day to relax and be taken care of in a stress-free environment would be a great gift unless this is just not her thing.

Agree on the On Clouds. My nurse nieces wear them and they love having multiple pairs in various colors to wear with their scrubs. They also love fun colorful and themed comfortable socks. I gave them some with my picture on them. They wear them all the time.

Go with shoes like everyone said. And then as dumb as you are going to think it sounds get her another Tumbler thing with a lid. As women, I don't know why, but we love them, and we can't get enough of them.
But then buy her some drink mixes or something like that she likes and some candy to go with the cup and shoes for her nursing shifts. Like some Liquid IV's or flavor drops or something, etc.

Don’t think you could go wrong with on’s or hokas. Both extremely comfortable but hokas seems to have a little more longevity in my experience.

all these doctor jokes... she works at a nursing home and the only doctor that comes by is close to being in one himself.
