There's some decent reddit posts on this.
Depends on your office, but like someone else said alcohol and blankets seem to be the most popular items at most of the offices I've been in. I'd prob upgrade the blanket to an electric one (as someone commented in that reddit post). Other ideas: Smart home stuff..
Other than that, not related to the game but in the same price range, Victorinox knife sets get a lot of love in these type of posts.

This is the best gift I’ve ever given at one of these things. It’s a Nick Cage sequined pillow. You move all the sequins in one direction and it just looks like a nice red sequined pillow, and then they start moving the sequins when they open it and realize it has Nick Cage’s face on it

Glad to hear it killed. When we did ours two years ago it also stole the show. Literally everyone in the room was laughing so hard they were struggling to breathe once the big reveal happened. I’m a troll so of course I pushed all the sequins in the right direction so it looked normal, until that person started touching the sequins holding the pillow and realized something was amiss
it also got stolen a few times and the person who got it would randomly place it around his house (with the nick cage face) to scare his wife lol
