No but I did walk into a presentation with a customer one time with my pants unzipped. Stood in a conference room in front of about 6 people for about 10 minutes. When I finally sat down at the conference table, I glanced down and saw my suit pants were unzipped. I wanted to crawl under the table. Closed the deal though so don’t guess it wasn’t bad.

No…but this past week I walked into a work seminar thing at one of our offices, nodded to a couple folks while finding a seat, then sat down and realized my fly was open.

Sometimes I will accidentally wear some shorts with no belt loops and I overload my pockets but I’m pretty conscious of what’s going on.
