I ate there once as a young man and didn't like the food or the talent.
At my last lawyer job in the 1990s (in Lafayette), the boss kept trying to get me to go to Hooters with him. I was too high for all that. Never did go.

I see what you mean. I was actually speaking in terms of the food. What kind of Louisiana based restaurant company uses imported seafood?
I know a guy who went recently and ordered a salad with fried chicken. They fried an entire nitrile glove and served it to him. The dude almost choked.

When the Boca Raton Hooters reopened in the 00s it was bursting with talent. An absolute Playboy Mansion level of chicks. The last time I went there about 5 years ago...woof.

I went to the location by Mall of Georgia recently and they had the best talent I'd seen in a while.

I noticed a decline in attractive waitresses before only fans and such. Decline was noticeable in 2006.

Probably heavily influenced by the price of chicken going up. Franchisies amd franchiser are feeling the squeeze on tighter margins.
