You're absolutely right and we all should be pissed. If anyone believes that the state of Louisiana can flourish or improve in any way without New Orleans doing both then you're truly naive. This state will only rise to the level that New Orleans rises to. It's the flagship of our state whether you like it or not, and our fates are absolutely directly proportional to the fate of NOLA. I am not from there, but from Baton Rouge so I have a hard time admitting that fact, but that doesn't change the fact.

There’s a (D)ifferent set of rules for some people in our country. If you haven’t realized elected democrats, especially black female ones, can get away with literally anything at this point then there’s no helping you. It’s sad and pathetic but it’s the truth and with the media being nothing but a propaganda arm of the party it’s not going to change anytime soon.
