Take midol. Like the actual “Midol” product for PMS.

Eat salty foods and hydrate w/ water and liquid IV

If you can get an IV while at work that’ll help too and they infusion service will likely have a banana bag they can infuse you with that has vitamins and minerals in it.

Quit being a pussy. Get work done. Tell the boss you have a rocking arse hangover when she tries to give you more stuff to do. Go home early. Start drinking again.

Yes indeed. Also hooked myself up to a bag of LR and called pharmacy for some zofran. Good times.

Back in the day, those Friday nights at Lucy’s made those weekend shifts rough.

Just stay drunk forever and never get sober. Won't get hangovers that way.

Don’t drink? Or at least don’t drink during the work week?

Alcohol is bad news for people who need to be high performers, especially as you age.

How to prevent (or minimize) hangovers for real.

1) Chugg as much Gatorade (or similar drink with electrolytes) before going to bed.

2) Unless you are so drunk you'll burn the house down make a huge thing of scrambled eggs and wolf it down before bed.

LINK

3) Whatever your favorite headache med in the morning (not Tylenol which does not go well with alcohol).
