I have so many questions...
Where is the woman now? Is she ok? She parked the car Tuesday morning, took two pics with her phone, then walked off to the left and is never seen again in the cam shot. Just wondering where she is now? Hope she is ok because her car is not.

I saw that this morning. It’s the most plausible explanation. She got out, took some pictures (probably trying to act natural) and when she walks out of the frame of his camera she never appears again and her car gets washed away.

What kind of fraud would she be running? Aren't used cars still a racket price wise? She couldn't just sell it? Very very odd place to park but she did act natural. Never really looked back or anything like I would have expected her to?

Here to Serve will be in Madison Florida. I think we are going to be at the Church of God.
We should arrive Saturday and that evening will be our first meal. We usually stay for a week.
If anyone knows someone in that area please let them know about us.

God bless you and the Here to Serve group.
Many similar groups helped people in my area after Ida. It makes a huge difference to many people.

I mean it could have a laundry list of mechanical issues that make it difficult to sell for very much

One intesting result of Idalia, at least 37 Flamingos have been seen at different coastal spots in Florida. They breed in the Yucatan and some were pushed up by Idalia. Michael blew one up with it, and it's been at St. Marks ever since.

You can see how fast Idalia was weakening with the way it starts to unravel just before landfall. Wind observations tell the story too.
Gif stopped working but here's the full lifecycle video.

Got a link, baw? I've been trying to find max wind compilations with no luck. Those are gusts, too, so sustained is going to be lower. Interesting.
The focus quickly shifted to surge concerns, which also seem to have not been as bad as forecast, thankfully. I'm curious to see if the final report will stick with it being a major at landfall.
