Yeah I got that but the cause of death was right when a lot of the speculation was OD

No clue how they can deduce it was a KA-bar knife but what an awful tragedy. My money is on disgruntled ex. Curious why they haven't named a person of interest yet

Autopsies can reveal alot from the size of the stab wounds and cuts in bones, etc.

Maybe I’m just not knowledgeable on this topic but killing four people with a knife and not getting any fight out of any of them suggests this dude is pretty experienced right? How hard is it to slit a throat and kill someone instantly. And as a side note these local officials are completely incompetent and could not be worse at releasing information.
