From LSU: LINK

Consent cannot be given by a person impaired by alcohol and/or drugs.
Consent can change at any time during an interaction.
Consent must be without coercion or manipulation.
Silence may not in and of itself constitute consent. Only yes means yes.
Past consent of sexual activity does not imply future, ongoing consent.

Everyone every year at LSU is required to login and complete the sexual harassment training.

Yea but this is kind of meaningless and emotional woke bs.

It is not the other persons responsibility to know if they are impaired by drugs or alcohol. Are they supposed to have them do a quick urinalysis before asking them if they want to come hang out at their place?

If this were actually enforced to the T, both the girl and guy must ask the other, every single time, if they can physically touch them in a sexual way. Even if they were married. (Some people in college are married - crazy but accurate).

Ironically there isn't something mandating that they must ask. So therefore, you could interpret that silence isn't an answer only if they asked and did not receive an answer.

I reckon I was raped by a few fatties during my time at LSU, based on this definition.

Blacking out =\= being unconscious.

If you get so drunk you forget the night before you weren’t unconscious the entire time. You do and say and consent to shite you don’t remember the next day. That’s all people are saying.

Just because a woman doesn’t remember it the next day does not constitute rape. She could’ve been all about it that night and didn’t remember the next morning. It is what it is. Tired of sluts regretting what they do drunk and claiming rape ruining guys lives.

There is a difference between being intoxicated and being so fricked up to the point where you pass out and don't remember anything. Never have sex with a girl who is the latter. Just don't.

If a girl is passed out, just stop, leave it alone. Go jack it off in the bathroom.
If she's not passed out yet but she's absolutely sloppy drunk where she clearly doesn't know where she's at or what she's doing, just stop, and do not move forward anymore.

This is not that hard or complicated at all.

What if you are equally drunk?

What if she isn’t that drunk but has regrets the next morning and says she was black out drunk?

Correct.

And blacking out is not passing out.

You clearly don't have enough experience around people who are black out drunk. You literally can't frickin tell. You have no idea that they are in a memory blackout.

and whats this "her" bs? You don't think it happens to males or you just don't think it matters?

Everyone seems to be assuming the guy is 100% sober and the woman is 100% drunk in this thread. Was that the case?

I was in college for 4 years, and I have a bunch of drunks in my family. It's not that hard to tell when someone is too fricked up and don't know which way is up or down.

You're still responsible for your actions while drunk. Ie drunk driving

That's a different story altogether. It's a fricked up situation for sure and not easy to get out of. But that's not what i was talking about specifically

So the woman is responsible for the sex? Or is this just for a man?

By the legal definition, I was probably raped twice at LSU. I just chalked it up to getting hammered and fricking a fat chick.

If men and women are equal, why are men responsible for their actions of a sexual nature while drunk but women are not?

This is a problem, and may become a bigger problem with all this #metoo and #believeher stuff.

Back in college I knew a woman that messed up a lot of lives bc she regretted sex the next day. She’s gay now. Stupid bitch.

Don't confuse the woke left's views on this and your local prosecutor's views on this. The latter will be much less forgiving and probably won't apply a progressive approach to that hypothetical case. I know I'm not telling you anything you don't already know.

To me it's simple: If they're silly drunk....just the tip. That doesn't count.

I kid of course, you really can't play that too safe. If there be any question, hold off. Now, that said, efforts to sober them up seem fair.....cold shower, coffee, loaf of bread, all that. After a while if you're not 110% sure, chew up 3 benadryl, pass out and sleep it off.
