Send us pics during the trial. We'll let you know how guilty she is.

Jokes aside, the most common way to see a judge get downright fricking furious is to let them catch you taking pictures/video in their courtroom

I had it starting on the 23rd for the third goddamn time in my life. Thankfully, I was able to get myself excused. I'm tired of getting called for jury duty.

Yes, we all know that our law enforcement officers are all honest geniuses who are incapable of error or bullyish targeting to exert their perceived power and newly-acquired "absolute" immunity.

Jury duty mail does not require a signature. How do they know it didn’t get lost in the mail? Wink wink. They can’t fine you for not responding if you never received it since jury duty mail doesn’t require a signature. Just saying

Did you ever get your truck fixed?

Did the original mechanic fix it or take it somewhere else?

What was wrong with it if you fixed it?

Use your jury time well and answer this.

When they ask you if you can be a fair and impartial juror, just tell them yes, because you can tell when someone is guilty by looking at them.

I always liked jury duty, just weird I guess, but the best way to get out of jury duty, if you can't get out before showing up the day of duty, is to take a baby.

You may have to borrow a baby if you don't have one, don't steal a baby otherwise you will be the one on trial, but if you take a baby, make sure that baby is crying and keeps on crying. I was on jury duty once and a woman brought in a baby that was crying. It took the judge 2 seconds after he walked in to dismiss that woman. I was so happy that baby was out of the room . I swear I saw that woman pinching that baby to keep it crying.

Call the phone number on your summons before you head to the courthouse.

Yes, that is the best and easiest way, but if you don't, take a baby with you.

Summons? What summons? It must’ve got lost in the mail. Mail service is terrible these days.

If the summons was hand delivered or sent certified, then do the baby idea.

lol - I was within weeks of giving birth and I had to stay half the day
If you got pregnant that morning, you were within 40 weeks of giving birth.

“A few weeks” would have helped your response.

And ironically that’s what LSU had on the football field this year.

How is the King of New Orleans subject to 19th JDC jurisdiction? Claim royal immunity.

Just go! You actually caught a break not having to go the entire week and there probably will excuse you in a day because of the short week.

If you reschedule then you have the possibility of staying an entire week on a jury.

Last time I was called for jury duty, I told then I am hearing impaired and that I would be constantly asking them to repeat things. They excused me and permanently removed me from the jury pool.

Update: I checked online last night and saw I didn’t have to go today.

I called the office today just be safe and confirm I didn’t need to be there and the lady said, “I’m going to just push you out a year so don’t worry about it this week…”

I won, baws.
