May 1 year. Still Christmas. Normally comes down on 1/6

From what I’ve gathered, Jesus was likely actually born sometime in September. If His birthday was actually in December, I’d leave it up through Epiphany. Instead it comes down a few days after Christmas.

About three years in college. It was a Mardi Gras tree, a 4th of July tree, and St. Patrick’s day tree, a Halloween tree, etc.

Latino baw a few houses down left it up all last year. He left his curtains open and had the lights on it turned on at night for all to see.

12 days of Christmas - January 6th.

Last year we made it about halfway or so into the month, but this year it’s coming down tomorrow.
We have a real tree, so I don’t want to be the neighbor everyone judges for putting my tree to the street when it’s long behind us.

4 years. Seemed stupid all year but was pretty awesome when I didn’t have to put up after thanksgiving

I typically can hold out to Jan 6th…however, I invariably have a terrible urge to take all of the decorations down on the first weekend in January.

Our tree has color changing lights and one of the modes is "pastel" which is purple, yellow and green. So now we keep it up through mardi gras and just swap out the ornaments

From Christmas of 2020, when COVID cancelled our usual family celebration, until summer of 2021 when we finally had our family "Christmas."

I take mine down a few days before Christmas so I don’t have to deal with the decorations when I’m off of work and just want to watch football
