Two libraries in Jackson have been shut down. The City cannot maintain the buildings here.

Worker's comp insurance will cover the medicals.

His sole remedy may be workers compensation and his tort suit could be dismissed. What may further complicate the issue is whether he experienced the symptoms over a year ago. If so and he did not have his medical paid by the school Board his claim may be prescribed ( statute of limitations). The discovery of the mold may serve to extend the prescriptive date which may be why hehas recently filed the litigation.

Why comp? There's no "accident" but long term exposure. Wouldn't that fall outside comp?

Coach-

WWBBD?

(Bear fricking Bryant)

If it weren't for Camel no filters, Scotch Whiskey, Golden Flake Potato Chips and Dr. Pepper, he'd still have his hand on the Crimson Tide's tiller.

Cancer > Mold
Cirrhosis > Mold
Heart Disease > Mold
Diabetes > Mold

Coach, looks like you're 0-4 against the Bear.

I want to know how he could have 100 wins in 11 years and only a handful of playoff appearances. That is over 9 wins a season.

If you play a full schedule, it takes 15 games to win it all.

If it was that much of an issue, they could have made a public appeal to have people donate time, talent, etc to helping correct the issues.

When it comes to kids. most communities will rally.
