Well one of the names is common especially around is Romero. That’s Spanish which settled in New Iberia and came from the Iberia Peninsula in Spain

Well Cajun "French" does contain some Spanish. My grandmother was a Romero from New \Iberia.

There's also some Filipino blood thanks to the Spanish trade route that went from Manila across Mexico to Louisiana and then to Spain.
