In the late 90s or early 2000s I listened to an interview of a man that was the only survivor of a crash in Alaska. He said the woman was a pilot and he said "I will never get on a plane again witha woman pilot!". I remember that part well.

I had an Endeavor Airlines flight to Toronto the other day on a CRJ900. The same airline, aircraft, and airport that girl pilot flipped the plane a few months ago.
Endeavor Air is that girl power DEI airline but surprisingly and thankfully I had two older male pilots for that flight.

I’ll never understand why airlines put an emphasis on hiring women. The vast majority of them are gonna end up marrying another pilot and then quitting the industry to raise a family. It’s a waste of money really….not all that different from women doctors.

I actually prefer my pilots to have a little snow in the mountaintop. Not crazy about seeing Doogie Howser knock-offs in the cockpit when I board the plane.
