Dumped my 2yo Samsung HE set...
Complete crap.
Bought a basic Speed Queen; all stainless, no plastic parts or BS "Intelligence"...
BEST MOVE EVER!

Did the same. Samsung HE set doesn't clean your clothes.

Now can someone figure out how to keeps the sheets balling up in the dryer?

Dad bought one. Mom and I hated it. It made awful noises and failed to rinse the detergent out properly. The only washer I want is one with an agitator.

Return it. Find an old school used one. Same with toilets.

My washing machine is a SHE. Well, used to be.

Mine identifies as Xim/Xer, but it's young, thinks it's really wokeand is just going though a strange cycle.

Return it! They are crap. Yes, I used the correct amount of soap. They don’t use enough water and you will often get sour clothes. We switched back to our old reliable, cheap Roper. The new dryer seems ok, but I don’t trust Samsung appliances. I expect a problem at any time. My Bosch dishwasher has been bulletproof for about 8 years and it gets used A LOT.

I had a whirlpool HE and hated it. No agitator and left soap all over the clothes. Would twist them
Into the tightest knots you’ve ever seen. Return it and buy something else.

I have a cabrio. leaves soap on black and navy clothes. doesn't seem to rinse them well. leaking from bottom of machine. would not buy again.

Good luck getting 8 years out of most of them now.

As I just replaced a dishwasher that was new post flood in 2016. Already changed the $100 board in it once.

This. I still hate it but doing this helps a little.

Get a washer with an old style agitator and the ability to fill the entire washtub.

I’m not sure if it’s the washer or what but our clothes smell fine after washed and dried but the minute you sweet they stink to high hell.

Typical of synthetic fabrics.

Same model I had. Would not (ever) buy again. Got a cheaper Maytag and have been pleased with it.

We bought Electrolux and we love it. Local shop here does all service work in house. I would never but a major appliance again from big box store.

Speed Queen.
Buy local ,like from Stanton's here in Baton Rouge.

Also, do you roll around in the mud, wade in the marsh,or lift engine blocks all day long? Why your clothes so dirty? Most people put too much detergent, cut it by 50%. Use soak cycle.

I'm triggered. You should always refer to washers as They/Them unless otherwise informed.

And why is it always called a “washer” and not a “washim”?

The GE one I have has a button on it that says Deep fill, and will put more water in the cycle for larger loads. Maybe look for something like that.
