get gas if you haven’t. It’s not packed here at gas stations yet, but it is busy.

It’s what I’m doing today at some point. All cars and gas cans for generators.

Went to WMT yesterday and the only brand of bottled water was Great Value.

Price gouging would be if I increased the prices by like $10. An extra $1 isn't gouging, its supply and demand.

the panic buying has started! I went to Sam’s (to get ahead of the crowd) and was suprised to find no parking spaces and no shopping carts.

So you did the same thing as the panicans?

True story - you really don’t need milk and bread.

Walmart was relatively calm yesterday in Prairieville. Bread and milk area were hit but not empty.

One thing I learned during Katrina was that almost nobody realized that Office Depot has plenty of water, and snacks.

This is a pro tip I learned after hurricane Rita. I don’t bother with the grocery store for water.

Went to HD yesterday. They had generators on carts with a 48 hour return limit, but had the sitting on their sides and not right side up.

Yup. Went to Ridgeland Walmart yesterday afternoon. Had milk. No loaves of bread but if you wanted to grill, had buns.
